Product Pricing: All product prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices quoted at the time of the order will be honored, provided payment is made within the agreed-upon terms.

Payment Terms: Payment for products is due within the agreed-upon terms, as specified in the sales agreement. Payments can be made by wire transfer or any other mutually agreed-upon payment method.

Delivery Terms: Delivery terms will be specified in the sales agreement. We strive to deliver products on time, but delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a delay, we will notify the customer promptly.

Returns and Refunds: We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. In the unlikely event that a product is defective or not as specified, we will work with the customer to resolve the issue. We do not offer refunds for products that have been custom-made or ordered specifically for a customer.

Intellectual Property: We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our customers to do the same. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to use any designs or intellectual property they provide to us for the production of their products.

Confidentiality: We understand the importance of confidentiality and take all necessary steps to protect our customers' confidential information. We do not disclose customer information to third parties unless required by law or with the customer's express consent.
